We operate a 7 day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (returns are at your expense)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ​​

To initiate a return, you must contact us via contact enter item number, details and the reason otherwise you cannot initiate a return or it will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products).

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspected your return, we will notify you so we can let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

If rejected, you will not receive a refund. The reason for this may be that your item is damaged, worn or used, does not have a label, is not in the original packaging, does not have proof of purchase.
